I tired doing a search for the answer and couldn't find one.

I have the purchased version of windowblinds and am running XP.

The transparencies of skins, example glass type skins, do not work with program windows.  The taskbar is fine and transparent but the windows are never transparent as they are supposed to be.  Instead the windows are some sort of color, like blue, and just does not go with the rest of the glassy looking skins.

I'm wondering if maybe XP can't handle this or what, any help is appreciated.
