I did that when I started a game. I clicked metaverse and logged on then clicked the play button and chose the game settings and so on. I did press ctrl +n a few times because it seems to start right on the edge of the map often, does that affect things?

At the end of the session I saved the game and then clicked the metaverse button and logged in again the next time I wanted to continue, I then backed up to the main menu and loaded the save game seeing that clicking play starts a completely new game.

I do believe there was one time that I didn't click on the metaverse button and login before loading the saved game up, do you have to be logged in with the metaverse button all the time when you play?

After the end credits it said along the lines of achieving a score that will probably be submitted to the metaverse on a screen with buttons for the timeline and various stats, does a submit button usually appear on there?

You only need to log in to the MV to start a new game. Once you have a game in progres and it's saved all you need to play it again is click load. Once you finish a MV game from a time you have loaded, once the score is shown to you and you click..continue/done (i don't recall..lol) then you will be prompted to login in again. If you finish a game from the time you started and thus are already logged in you should get a screen that says "posting to the Metaverse" down the bottom.

If you never got the prompt or the "posting" screen, i don't know what to tell you, cause it sure sounds like a sandbox game.

Tiny game completed and it offered me to post the score up so I guess it was a sandbox game after all which puzzles me, anyway thanks for the help.
