Maybe it's just an over use thing. But go see the Doc and get checked out, girl! Hope everything is okay.
Yes, I will, I've been avoiding, it, and that's usually my hubby, not me!LOL! I can't sit for long periods anymore, so yes, that's serious!
Is it in one area, or just happen randomly?
Does it hurt more or less after you work out?
Is it sharp jabbing pain, or dull throbbing pain?
It's in my hip area, always very sharp, enough for me to yell out loud when it happens. Throbs, then dulls. Sometimes it feels like it's shooting down my leg, from my hip/buttocks area to my leg, feet. I limp, I can't sit or lie down, I have to move around until it goes away. I worked out yesterday and had a fantastic workout that made me feel so much better. I hadn't done it all week, family activities/obligations made working out impossible this past week. I notice when I'm not active that is when it flairs up.
My hubby told me to stay off my bike for a bit. I don't wanna! wah! Moving makes me feel better!
(big baby!)lol
I know those questions are weird, but that is the type of thing you need to recognise and note when talking to your Dr. If it is not just one joint or area (like your back) it's easier to diagnose if they have a pain journal.
You're right, and good idea! I'll do that starting today! It is not my back at all, just my left hip/buttocks area. It's bothered me since for so long as I can remember, it's just making itself more permanent now!
