While i think the ship design is a neat feature, i usually don't want to bother. But I simply cant figure out how to upgrade various designs with that new armor i just invented without having to refit the entire ship from scratch. Why cant i just automatically get durantium armor on all my different ship designs without having to do it manually with every single one?

I litterally sit there and have to memorize the previous stats for the ship, before i hit the upgrade button, because if i dont memorize them, i sometimes forget that the ship had maybe 4 parsecs/turn speed, and I really wanted it to keep it that way. Once i discover my error, i have to remove the new design and start over to make sure it retains its speed.

And i have had these troubles with the game from DL.


(and i want multiplayer. thats the only thing that will make the game be played for years to come for me - just like civ 4 is today. I still play civ 4 multiplayer almost every week, but never-ever galciv unless a new expansion just came out whichh will kinder my interest for a month or so.)
