User Picture under Vusta

I tried searching for a thread on this but had my usual success using 'search'. Spag is not friends with SEARCH!

How are a few WB Vista ready authors getting the User Picture to NOT show?

Can anyone point me to the specific SkS parameter line, please?

Open skin. Select edit start menu and taskbar. Select top part and choose extra settings. scroll down and set hide user picture to enabled.
