Harassment Log
The harassment continues with the voice to skull commentary, the electronic attacks to my body and the computer jamming / hacking crap and I am still being broadcast across the AM/FM airwaves some how. How very sick.
My eyes are still their favorite targets for the electronic attacks, followed by my heart, and skull with other parts of my body being hit/targeted intermitted. I have realized that the electronic weapons being used are range limited unlike the voice to skull, which might also be, but doesn’t seem to be.
The V2K seems to work most any where, that is I have my fan clubs sick commentary no matter where I might be, inside or outside while the electronic attacks seem to be non-existent at curtain locations and under curtain conditions.
There are times also that it seems I am being targeted with three (3) different types of weapons. The feeling when being hit with them changes somewhat with each type. I am still working on the correct terminology for the professors reading this but it would seem their using microwave, frequency, and acoustic types of weapons. I think all (3) types of weapons fall into the non-lethal weapons list, but can also be lethal when used improperly or for prolonged periods, so the wording non-lethal is a bit deceiving I feel.
I would like to point out that since this started (the V2K) I have had an ever present hum in my head. I say IN MY HEAD because from what I have come to understand it is nothing like tendonitis that accompanies people that have hearing lose and it does not matter where my head might be (position/location) it is ever present.
There are at least two different sounds and at times, seems like three, one is almost like a generator noise, constant tone and speed, while another is a pulsing sound which will vary some what in both intensity (volume) and tone (pitch) and yet the third is still different and seems to blend in with the other two most of the time. It is more difficult to explain just how it sounds at this time so I will just say different.
One of the reasons I bring this up now is, last night October 10, 2004 at approximately 2235hrs I picked up a forth signal which is/was very different from anything else I have experienced so far with these people. It was a consent sound with a high repeat rate, and lasted approximately 2-4 minutes in duration. I have not noticed it since.
My fan club also noticed this signal, but only after I had pointed it out (made comment) and at that point started to adjust their device(s). Their comment on this after my mentioning was “I though I heard something”, key word being thought here. Its my belief they would have never noticed it if I would not have said anything.
Some of my fan clubs recent comments have to do with all this being traced back to them, the fact I know a founding members of the Black Panther organization, about how easy it would be to give some people a heart attack, and how the DOJ works with this stuff.
First my friend Slim as I call him. Their comment on this was over heard in their conversation (background chatter) about setting me up some how and recruiting the help of “REAL” law enforcement to do it.

Now this I feel shows how these people think. Face it folks, we have all probably meet someone, at sometime, that has done something. Right? So just how does me knowing anyone excuse them from taking responsibility for their actions? Simply put, It doesn’t.
Second, it has to do with wither or not these devices being used can be traced back to them. I have not posted all the facts yet to the public but some of you I have spoken with will understand. It was about getting film work done, which by the way seems to worry them, but none the less went like this.
“There’s no way that it can be traced back to us”.
Interesting! If it was manufactured, which it was, it will have an ID number inscribed on it some where, which will lead to who built it, which will lead to who bought it and so on.
Another one along the same lines was by one of the females and had to do with car tags, and the fact I did document a lot of the stalking while traveling. Comment was, “I was using my mom’s car” Hope she said “Sorry mom“.
Third, was about giving someone a heart attack, but I did not hear exactly whom they were referring too, if I would have to guess here, I would say it was my ex-in-laws or my mother or both just because I was dogging on them about these people suing his ass off for what he has done and involved them in. I am sure the things I was saying upset them and the kid does have temper tantrums it would seem and must believe he can get away with anything he wants.
Comment: “I’ll give’em a heart attack”
Forth, was about how the DOJ uses some form of this technology, according to my fan club anyway. This comment could have been complete bullshit considering the source, but none the less it does have to do with what I have reported. This was overheard (background chatter) during one of their conversations in the group.
“DOJ only uses this stuff for about three years or so, and you been f***ing with this guy for almost 12 now, it makes them all look bad and they don’t want to be involved”
Now I have called the Dallas, Texas office of the DOJ and inquired if they had a Chris Borrow employed there. The man on the phone told me “no, not Chris, we have a John Borrow” and was sort of laughing when he said it. I won’t get in to the rest here since it has already been posted, but to sum it all up, according to Washington, DC. offices of employment and procurement both, they have no Chris or John Borrow employed there. Something smells funny here folks.
