Try requesting serials using your paypal email rather than your SDC/forums email, if they're different. If that turns it up, you'll need to get an account merge from support@stardock.com. If you did have the same email all around, then please bear in mind that paypal orders can still take a bit to process even after paypal says the money has been sent.
