If it was cheaper there then I'd buy a copy from Asia. So if they make it a $50 dollar game here, but a $10 game there, what's to stop me just buying it there and getting it shipped?
Hence, games have to cost (roughly) the same everywhere.
On the other hand, if you really can make $200 computers, why not just sell them to people in my country who have to pay $1500? You'd make a killing.
Somehow I think you're exagerating both ends of the equation.
