Harassment Log
The harassment continues by my fan club the Chris Borrow family and friends network. These people seem to believe that they can just lie their ass’s off and every thing will be alright. They are in my opinion mentally ill. How in the world could they have gotten this equipment, and what are they doing with it. I can answer the last part, running a revenge service.
It has come to my attention awhile back that they in fact told a lie about me killing someone, not just one though, it would seem that I have killed many according to the story's over heard. They have even gone as far as, going to a congressman's office with this same lie. I saw this with my own eyes.
What I saw was this punk hiding half way down the stair case with the congressman having to lean over the rail to speak with him. Why? I mean if this guy is all he is supposed to be and this is supposed to be legit, then why hide. Why ask the congressman to step out of his own offices just so this guy could hide on the stairs, ready to bolt and run.
When I walked in that was exactly what I saw though. And of course I was told the congressman was in meetings (on the stairs it would seem) and thank you for coming by and all he niceties that go with such a visit.
Upon leaving the congressman's office that day, they made commits that wear over heard (background chatter) that were in fact very disturbing to myself.

Just how many people have fallen pray to this guy with this very same attitude? I know of a hand full right here in the Dallas /Fort Worth, Texas Area. I know them personally. Need names?
Now I have approached this guy and/or members of his crew many times over the years, with each encounter being unproductive. I will not approach any of them again with this matter. I feel I would be shot in the face approaching their vehicle and the lie told I threatened them.
This will not happen folks. Here is just one of the many examples of my attempted contacts with these people. They (the contact attempts) were all much the same. I feel after reading it you should understand why I would not make the attempt again.
The last time was about two years ago when I stop and got out. I had to move out of the way of an on coming car or I am sure he would have run me down. Why would I say that, simple.
We were on a four-lane road with wide median; it has very high curbs because of the heavy truck traffic in the area. (They do not want you on the grass) My truck (18-wheeler) was occupying one lane next to right side curb; this left the lane next to the median open. The road in question only leads to the warehouse I pulled out of.
When they came from the dead end were they were hiding (seen there many times) they had to pass by me or stop there. no place else to go, no other way. I stepped out from in front of my truck with plenty of time for any type of vehicle to stop.
What happened was his little girlfriend on the passenger’s side (my side) ducked under the dash as if preparing for impact on her side. (A normal reaction in crash situations) He, him self slide down in the seat somewhat, (another normal reaction for crash).
The hood of the car they were driving started to vibrate intensely; (heavy acceleration of a motor vehicle does this). After the hood started to vibrate intently I realized they did not intend to stop and at that point would not have had distance required for such stopping action should he have changed his mind.
I know in my heart that if I would have stood there any longer I would have in fact been run down and possible even killed.
Now that is just one of the many attempts to rectify this very sick situation. As mentioned there have been many. As well as many of what I see as attempts on my life. My brake caliper being loosed as to cause a wreak was ONE of the more recent.
Now as for the days attacks, they are much like most days. My eyes, heart, and head. They have been targeting my right eye a lot of late and I am sure before long I will be blind if this is allowed to continue.
They also targeted the head on my penis yesterday. This I feel this was a result of my dogging him and his girlfriend. I will not post what I said while being broadcast on the am/fm, but will admit that is was quit rude and distasteful on my part. Oh well.
The rest is really nothing new at this point, the same V2K background bullshit. They did begin to try scaring me though yesterday. They made comments like “Tracy's mother was in a car accident” while my mother was out of the home here.
And a few more along the same lines dealing with my stepmother’s situation at this time. How very sick to say things like this, it is in fact a form of torture to play games with people like that. And this whole thing going on falls in just such a category. Torture.
And there is the same conversations (background chatter) about if they will if fact be going to jail and how to go about setting me up and if I am killed they will get away, and stuff like that.
They have been spreading lie around my neighborhood in just such attempts as that. To make me out to be something I am not in hopes that one of my neighbors will in fact start an altercation. They have also been trying to get the street gangs involved in this I feel, I have not been able to verify the remarks that were made at this time
All this, because I got a divorce, a divorce from his old flame, a divorce that was no one else’s affairs, a chance to impress my ex in-laws, and a chance to get back at me for just being more man then they could ever become.
And then they spread all this bullshit in hopes of getting me injured or killed while they run to the police and the congressman and lie to them about what an evil man I am. Well, I will not back down from this, for any reason. All of you reading this (you know who your are) get ready, I will be pushing this issue very soon. CYA everyone.
A final note. This was a question asked me today. It was, Did they follow me. I believe it is self explanatory, just read.
Yes I did see the Sheriffs chopper.
Yes they were taking my photos.
No it had nothing to do with ANY petition.
And no the did not follow me that I am aware of.
They simple flew over head to locate me. Once they confirmed my position, I
feel my car being parked at that location aided that. They then circled and
hovered, flew very slow, with left side door open, at this point, two people were visible in the door.
The reason I say they took my photo is simple.
1) that in normal operational procedures for that department. That is saying
that one will sit low in the door an take photos, while the second person is
right behind them for safety reason, in case they fall.
2) two, my fan club really think by telling lies about me that they can some
how head off the investigation into them self's. In this case the lie was I
killed someone, namely his cousin/brother.
It is now and has always been my belief he is the killer in this case. Why?
They were following me across country at the time it took place.
he was on probation and had to report in the south once a month
he would travel south by him self or with his girlfriend at these times.
His brother/cousin was a punk just like him, a coward. He was so scared most
times that he would have not let too many people near him.
He would not have let me close enough, he was very scared of me after what they did to my
girlfriend.
The killer was someone he knew well enough to allow them to get that close.
The only one off hand was this punk. I feel he is responsible for many such
killings..
