I am being electronically attacked and hacked in my own home by members of the Chris Borrow family, along with there network of friends. They are using some form of electronic device that I assume is a form of microwave / frequency type weapon. Please look at the above link. You can see the redness around my neck. That is the result of being targeted by their device. There are other areas of body damaged as well including my testicles.
This is not normal hacking since it does not happen always, if at all through the phone lines. They somehow do it though the airwaves. They must be very close for this to happen, right?
This harassment has gone on now for ten years because these people wanted to impress my ex in-laws and my ex wife. Old family friends. I am not sure if my ex in-laws or family know just how sick these people are. I do believe they are learning at this time.
I have been trying to get laws changed here in Texas so these people can get what the really need. Medical help and the Death Penalty not necessarily in that order for all of them. Maybe you can put in a good word on that your self after viewing the photo. This is a very dangerous situation for myself and loved ones at this time.
These people have not only stalked me but have been slandering me all across the country for a number of years trying to set me up just to fulfill a promise made to my ex mother in-law. The promise was to destroy my life and that of the women I was with at the time this began. I feel they were also responsible for setting her up , which by the way she is due to be released from a Texas State Prison September 10, 2004.
After everything that has been done, I do not feel my ex in-laws will, willing admit to even knowing these individuals. I really can not blame them in that. Regardless of your action or in-action into this matter, I feel someone will be getting jail time. Laws need to be amended to accommodate swift legal action.
I feel these individuals are not only a danger to myself (as the photo will show) but to all of us, including you and your family. I have reason to believe that they may have used the device on a child just to harass the mother of it.
Another concern is for the young lady about to be released from prison. Once again on September 10, 2004. I can not help but feel that these individuals will attempt to once again go after her in some way. Once again, trying to fulfill a promise.
Now for some reason these individuals must feel that they are protected some how or by some one, because they want me to know they can get away with this, apparently by telling stories or flat out lies. I am sure after watching the arrogant way these people operate with myself, that I am not the first to fall victim to type of harassment from them.
This is my beliefs as to what is really going on here. This may not be all the information but I feel it is none the less right on track. There are really several crimes going on here and they all inter link I feel.
The first would be the one from Arkansas, His dad was some find of cop, or worked in law enforcement of some form. Possibly civilian. He is using his father’s name and contacts I feel to head off any investigations in to this matter. I also feel he is not to even be in the state of Texas as per probation/parole.
He is also doing the same for his friends in different ways I feel. Like routine traffic stops where the car would be searched and drugs found. Example of this would be to tell the traffic cop that they are watching someone or whatever story at that time will fit the situation, while showing dads credentials.
In short, I feel this is how it came about. His father falls ill of heart trouble, while he is recovering the son does his work using the equipment. Could be the reason for his legal troubles that resulted in his not being allowed in Texas.
He and his friends while using the equipment find that not only is it amusing for them but they could possibly make lots of money with very little worry of being caught. Eventually becoming a crime family.
I feel they maybe involved in the drug business and perhaps pornography as well. The pornography would be easy to obtain covertly using such equipment. The ‘stars” of these shows would never even know it happened unless they stumbled across it some how and found them self's to be a porn star. Can you imagine the shock and embarrassment of this? A person might even want to take his or her own life out of shame.
I encourage you to at the very least work on ways to introduce bills and change laws and expedite them as quickly as possible. This should be done for the privacy and safety of all Americans and people as a whole.
