While the “voice to skull” transmutations continues, so do the electronic attacks on my body, it has taken a change once again over the last week. The ‘V2K” is not directed at me like it has been over the previous years. It is more like an on going background decision on what they are going to do and how they are going to do it. Oh, they still try to get me to respond, just not as much and not in the same way.
Some of their comments would include things like “Tracy is not going to let this go” and “you can not really blame the guy, you had no right to do this to him in the first place” and “someone was following us”. Well I can only hope it was to take their toy away, and who ever it was needs to be more discreet.
Some of the electronic attacks have been at a lower power level then they normally are. Not all of them, but it would seem they might be trying to hit me with out my knowledge. They obviously have not used it on them self's or they would no better then that. It is not normal to have a pulsation signal move across your body and even at low power a person can tell the difference.
My eyes still seem to be a favorite target, both left and right. My heart, lung (left side), head, feet, groin, and throat have been the main targets the last two days.
A positive note is that Two Congress Members have agreed to look into this. Paper work will be sent by Tuesday this week and there are a couple more people or agencies that look promising also. This is a Major issue with a lot of people it would seem and the solution will still be some time in coming but still it gives me a sense of achievement.
The problem with all this is two fold. On one hand you have the feds. Some people I have spoken with dog them for not doing their jobs but until we have new laws that deal with this type of crime there is not much they can do but there homework so that when new laws due come in to play latter they will just need to being lots of zip ties. The second is Congress and all lawmakers in general. They have to address the issue.
