Harassment Log
The “Voice to Skull” continues with the same type of comments designed to plant the seed of deceit. The background chatter is still the same also. What I mean by that is you can hear them having conversations in the back ground (three to four people at times, both male and female)and then when they transmit to you it’s louder. Like they are speaking in to a microphone of some sort.
That tells you right there they are not investigating anything like they tell some people they are. If you were going to do an investigation of any kind using technology that was designed to be covert, why would you even have a microphone attached, why take the chance of your target getting wise. You simply would not.
Now add the fact that when this all started some years ago it was obvious they wanted me to know I was being followed every where. They would flaunt it by making sure I saw them when I was out. They simply wanted me to know what they were doing and that they could get away with it.
Now top that off with the fact that different parts of my body are being hit or targeted by some form of radio frequency weapon or microwave weapon or some type of newer technology I am not aware of yet, and that the“V2K” comments correlates with these attacks, it becomes very clear what is going on.
Here is a sample of the types of comments transmitted to my by way of “voice to skull” technology over the last two days.
While posting my harassment log onto my blog I hear them talking to each other in the back ground. What I hear them saying is “Chris better do something about this” and then “he knows who we are” and the another voice says “half the area knows who we are” Two different distinct voices, very low volume.
While trying to get a reaction out of me they transmitted (female voice)“Tracy, I’m sorry” and after waiting about 10 seconds for a response I hear in background (male voice, low volume) saying “that doesn’t work anymore” (another male voice) says “just leave the s.o.b. alone” I believe what they meant by it doesn’t work anymore is that I used to respond just to dog on them and would reply “yea, I know, you are really sorry” or some thing along those lines.
A few minutes after the above in background (as mentioned above) I hear a male say “what we need is somebody to walk up to his window and shoot him” and (second male) say “he wrote down what you said about shooting him” and a (female) say “your F***ing kidding”. That leads to a lot of questions right there, how did they know I was writing anything, let alone what is was. Well I don’t know for sure but a military article did state this was designed to effect a target in a most disturbing manner.
Now shortly after the above I hear in the background their conversation once again. What I hear are three people speaking with each other, very low volume. One of the males is saying something about me shooting some one, I did not hear a name but I feel they were referring to a family member that was found shot some place. I make that assumption because of pervious “V2K” transmutation.
The conversation went like this. (Two males)“whether he did or not is not the issue, you had no reason to do this to this guy” and “somebody's going to prison over this because of your relationship with “R” (R, being my ex-wife) and her family” and final comment was (male) “he’s not afraid to post anything”
Another background conversation was “leave to s.o.b. alone” second voice “I’ll go talk to him if you don’t want to”. Both were male voices. The conversation went on but I do not listen to most. It is, after all, designed to plant seeds of deceit and to make you look at others who may really be trying to understand this.
Word of this has to get out, but until the FBI hears that this is going on from someone other than me. Like someone who made some easy money or who was tricked into helping that has now become disgusted to learn exactly what it is they were helping do. It will remain a daily struggle, for myself and a danger to us all. I will continue to educate and inform.
