This is to bring to your attention a new type of crime being committed against not only myself but also many people across the United States and abroad. It is, in fact one of the fastest growing epidemics at the present time since there seems to be no law against it that really matches the crime being committed and is easy to cancel, more and more people are becoming involved, both as the aggressor and the victim.
The crime is Electronic Harassment and it is most cruel and invasive. It can happen to anyone, at any time, in the privacy of there own home. No one seems to be immune against it, not even children.
Symptoms of electronic harassment may include but are not limited to: Headache, eye irritation, dizziness, nausea, skin rash, facial swelling, weakness, fatigue, pain in joints and/or muscles, buzzing/ringing in ears, skin numbness, abdominal pressure and pain, breathing difficulty, irregular heartbeat, sexual stimulation and hearing voices. Additional symptoms have been reported in some individuals such as paralysis, balance problems, body and/or muscle spasms, convulsions, confusion, depression, difficulty in concentrating, seizure, sleep disturbances, and memory difficulties.
Many people report this crime to authorities but because of the nature of the crime its self, it is very hard for some to explain and they get ridiculed or passed off as being crazy and having mental problems. They are in fact telling the truth, but the truth is so very strange that its just hard to believe people don’t have better things to do with their lives then to destroy the victims.
One of the many problems associated with this type of crime is evidence, it leaves very little in the way of that. If I was shot, I would have all the evidence I need right there with me in way of a bullet hole, but when some one turns on a device like this, it almost never leaves evidence you can see. That's because all the damage in done from the inside out. Imagine boiling an egg, once done it usually looks like the rest of the eggs in the box, but it is not, and the only way to tell the difference is to open it up. then you find it has been cook.
That is a crude example but none the less, that is what’s going on. People are literally being cooked from the inside out and the only way to know is to wait on the autopsy. Most people like myself would not want to wait that long before help arrives.
Another problem is the fact that you don’t have to be an electronic wiz to build one of these devices and you can do some of them for less then 200 dollars. You can buy the supplies off the shelve at Radio Shack or any electronics store and can purchase blue prints for more exotic devices on line. I myself have seen over twenty web sites that will sell to anyone.
This in not all together new technology, some of it has been around since the 1950’s and some people I have been in contact with report that they have been victims of this for more then twenty years. It would seem that with the coming of the Internet, that it has now become more widely known and there fore more widely abused by criminals. Thus becoming the Crime of the Century perhaps.
Now imagine, the kid up the block, let’s call he/she (K) for reference. You all know (K), the one that is always in to something, usually trouble. We all have one; there's one in every neighborhood, in every community. Now what happens when (K) realizes that they can build one of these devices, with out anyone knowing and with moms old microwave for instance, using only the alliance they get and starts using it on anyone that has made them mad. Maybe even on mom and dad, or little sister/brother, or your child. Then what?
My point to all this is simple, we the people need your help. We need your understanding and your support. We need you to take this matter serious and not just turn aside or refer us to doctors. I am not saying that all people that come to you are sane, I am aware that many might just have mental problems. But that is not to say they all do. I my self know who is doing this to me but that does little good at this time with laws the way they are now, we need new laws and stiffer penalty's to go along with them. They need to be made so severe that no one would want to risk getting caught.
Michigan has passed Public Law (256) 2003 and (257) 2003. They can be found at the following web address. When searching you must inter the law number and year.

This law makes it very clear that they are aware of the increasing number of complaints and have set out to curb the criminal activity. I feel every state should follow their example and even increase the penalties for such a crime.
Michigan Public law # 256 (k)
(k) “Harmful electronic or electromagnetic device” means a device designed to emit or radiate or that, as a result of its design, emits or radiates an electronic or electromagnetic pulse, current, beam, signal, or microwave that is intended to cause harm to others or cause damage to, destroy, or disrupt any electronic or telecommunications system or device, including, but not limited to, a computer, computer network, or computer system.
