The greatest impact in my entire life on developing leadership skills has been from John C. Maxwell. John is first a man of God who spends his life learning, growing and becoming what God wants him to be. The leadership teachings are so clear and exact that anyone with clear focus and sincere motives can greatly expand their vision, skill and insight from Johns works.
My life has improved greatly along with my ability to develop leaders by the mentorship of John C. Maxwell. I have met no-one in my life that has helped me develop a clear understanding about leadership and what it really means to lead the way that will produce lasting results for generations to come, than John. We all have great potential; most just lack the direction and inspiration.
