Fred Harteis and I are brothers and have been close all of our lives. Because of this, we are well aware of one another's strengths and weaknesses. When my wife and I decided to join Fred and Linda in business, we realized, early on, that it is much more important to focus on our strengths. Even though we are brothers, our personalities differ. We learned, that in order to have a successful business relationship, the points where we were different, were actually what made our team more effective. Through Fred and Linda's leadership skills and the education provided in the BizNet system, we are continuing to develop our strengths, work on weaknesses, and assist so many others to do the same. We have found that the "differences" in people are not near as important as their common desires to succeed and make a difference in their families, communities, and their world. Every one has goals and dreams, and this commonality is the basic ingredient to their success.
My wife Polly and I were first introduced to Harteis International while I was teaching school and coaching wrestling and several other sports. Polly was working as a registered nurse. Even though we may have looked somewhat successful to others, we were living in a house trailer, driving a ten year old car, and struggling to pay our bills and college debts. We had lots of old dreams that seemed to remain untouchable. Their only function at this time was that of frustration! Needless to say, we were anxious for a "chance." Even though we knew nothing about business, we decided to let our hopes and dreams fight it out with our fears.
Through the guidance of Fred and Linda and the BZNT.com team, we were able to develop a successful Diamond business. Our association with BizNet Productions has proven to be a true blessing. We have been able to achieve financial independence, which enabled me to retire from teaching at thirty-two years of age. We discovered that financial independence is great, but to actually have free time to enjoy it, is where we wanted to be. Our family was young and growing, and we strongly desired to spend more time with them, than away from them. By closely following a system through tapes, seminars, and mentorship supplied by Fred and Linda, we were able to do just that! What we discovered was that if we could do it, we could promote the same. BizNet Productions has helped us to teach this same system and then implement it to literally people around the world. Even more important, however, through the association with Fred and Linda Harteis, we have been able to develop an even deeper faith in our God. This has given us the courage to spread Free Enterprise throughout the world.
Our family life has been greatly enhanced. We are able to recognize the different personalities in our children, and thus help direct them in their strengths, also. We are looking forward to a great future with them, in association with Harteis International, BizNet Productions, and especially Fred and Linda and their family, as well.
