Another JU bug, I think

Custom Audiences can't really be that customized

I wanted to create a custom audience, none of whom are JU users. You can't add an email addy for someone who is not a JU member to let them know there's a post for them to read. IMHO, that's a bug. Not everyone I know is going to sign up for a JU account...
