Local LAN question

All,

I have been waiting for this game for a while. I plan to pick it up today and am very excited.

My sons and I like to play strategy games over the lan. My question is if you need to buy multiple copies or can you use the CD to launch it, then pass the CD to the next person.

Local LAN is kind of redundant

I haven't tested it, but my understanding is that a single serial key can support up to 2 players in LAN. So if you ever want a 3-4 person game, you'll need another key.

Yup, 1 serial number will let you play on 2 PCs on a LAN. If you need more seats than that, another copy will do the trick.

Also worth noting that the disc is only needed to install. It is not needed after that to play.... at all.
