CE Download, serial number...?

Ok, i am a bit confused here, if i order the CE and DL it, i will receive an email with the serial number and a link to DL it. THen, i will recieve a retail box in the mail (if i pay the S and H).

Does the retail box i receive use the same serial number that i have in the email or does it have a new one...

No, it won't. That would require some kind of voodoo.

Your retail box serial will overwrite your digital serial once you register it.
