Bought 3 copies of the game, got 1 key.

Hello,
Some of you might have seen my thread a few days ago.
Well, anyway I ordered 3 copies of the Collector's Edition (boxed) from StarDock and just got 1 serial. While I don't need the extra serials now, I would like to make sure that you'll be shipping those 3 new copies of the game to me (since the other two are going to relatives later on and I paid for them). I hope someone from Stardock sees this and responds

It's been stated that you can only have 1 key per account so unless you order physical copies of the game you may not get the extra keys.

Did you order them as gifts? If not, you'd end up with all three serials bound to one account anyway, which wouldn't be very helpful. Best contact sales@stardock.com to confirm the situation.

No need, I only need that one serial now to get to play myself. I just wanted a confirmation that I would be getting 3 copies of the boxed version in mail. I ordered them all in one order, so no gifts.

In that case then you should definitely contact sales. All direct orders include a download option and will give the serial in advance (gnerally this means that the box WON'T have a serial in it, since you're already getting one).

Ah, ok. What a hassle. Is there anyway to make them at the sales respond to this asap so that they won't ship copies without keys?
I really need those 2 copies to be shrinkwrapped and new (with serials).
Heck, I paid for them.
And of course, it wouldn't hurt to get my own copy shrinkwrapped as well.

thanks for letting me know, as i am getting 2 copies of the plain version from walmart for my little cousins!
