WB6 No transparency on title bars

Everything except titlebar transparency seems to be working fine
Ive tried different SKins like Eminence and a few others that in the screenshots have transparent/blurred tittlebars, and its not working
Using windows XP
Anyone know how to fix this?

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Radeon X1950 Pro (Omega 3.8.421)
