Margin prob?

I need help margin prob?
I have a problem with the start menu on certain skins I give you an example with picture included.

Looks like a language issue. However you may try removing Administrative tools entry as in Vista it will screw up the Places Panel margins, Ive already run into that problem. It's something that needs to be fixed in WB6.
