Tree is not done

Hallo group.
Yesterday i made a download of the program Multiplicity.
Installed it on 3 pc's, but only one of the two to be controlled pc's is given himself free to be controlled.
There is no other problem, and in the network, is this among the others pc's visible as normal.
What can be the problem?
