You've all made me smile. Thanks
Dear me, I've forgotten how to quote :/ Ghetto style quote incoming:
___________ Little Whip ______________
Are you saying that no such differences exist, or that if they do, we mere mortals cannot determine the difference between right and wrong? I'd have to disagree with that, of course.

No, I'm saying what my article Quantum Truth suggests. Good and Bad are relative to the cause and affect (use of 'affect' intended) events that surround them. Much as you suggested when describing the difference between lying to spare someone's feelings and lying to maliciously get away with something you think is wrong.
Look at the former. You lie to spare someone's feelings, and perhaps that is good. but expand the timeframe, and perhaps they don't face something they really need to face because you DID spare their feelings. Maybe if you had told them like it was, they'd have addressed some deeper problem within themselves that they wouldn't have otherwise addressed. In this frame of reference, the sparing of the feelings that was initially good is now bad again. And so on, and so forth.
I'm really not a believer in "everything happens for a reason," but I AM a believer in "everything brings reason out of what happens." I hope that clarifies what I was trying to say

I'll be back. Someday
