Firewall configuration

Does anyone have PCcillin Internet Security Firewall. I cannot get multiplicity to work with this at all. I can only disable the whole thing then it works which isnt the best option. I have tried adding exceptions to it but that doesnt seem to work.

Is this on the primary or secondary?

On the primary you need to allow multipl.exe access to your network. It connects to port 30564 on remote pcs.

On the secondary you need to allow multisrv32.exe to listen on the network. This opens port 30564.

I am getting the same trouble with ZoneAlarm, and I don't understand how to configure those port settings. Where and how do I set that up so Multiplicity can get through ZoneAlarm's firewall? How do I "allow multipl.exe access to your network" on port 30564? Sorry to be such a newbie, but I bought this program not realizing it won't work with ZoneAlarm.
