1. while Constructors are in a 'fleet' and auto piloting into a starbase, if they come from an angle they -do not- enter the starbase's square, however if they come from up down left or right, they enter the starbase's square. I would like it if they didnt enter the starbases square, ever.
2. The difficulty from normal to challanging is too extreme. Normal mode is great, I can win any game I play, I switch it to the next one up, challanging and i'm toast within the first 10 minutes of playtime. Its too extreme of an ai up.
3. AI's/NPC's should use the same requirements as npc's for searching and finding resources and planets. As it is now, an npc can send their ships to anywhere on the map whether they've been there or not and it doesnt matter what the ships build is. They need to explore and they need to build up a starbase to reach further.
On a large map, I can be in the upper left hand corner, and the npc in the lower right hand corner and suddenly I see the npc from the lower right hand corner now has a constructor coming to take an influence resource, no way at all that I could even send my constructor halfway down that direction to them without building a starbase in between or several times for that matter. Its just wrong that the AI's are capable of that.
