To Darth Griffin:
the answer they came to after looking at the code is NO, not under normal gameplaying circumstances. |
I don't think this is a good answer since the official manual clearly points out that there exists such facility. Perhaps someone will feel that they are fooled after many trials, especially for those who doesn't like ctrl-n. I have personally tried this, the best output seen was 2x300%+1x100%, which is an equivalent of 700%, and you can imagine when this was happened on a PQ12 planet, the output still ruled. Another thing I noticed was, in a best ctrl-n, I saw 3x300% + 2x100% something. So the key here is "Do you like ctrl-n" or perhaps the result is you may feel bored after too many trials.
It appears as though the code to produce the library was swapped out for a different bonus by either Frogboy or the original programmer. |
I don't understand this totally. This will cause the same result as above or perhaps, you don't want to continue this anymore since you actually have too many ctrl-ns.
Just think of the output of a PQ26 planet with a +700 research tile if you filled the rest with other research buildings! The thought of the Dev's was that it was removed for this reason. |
This is not a good reason since 1)the opportunity for this case is REALLY RARE and 2)you sink me to the 3000 feet deep's Atlantic Ocean when I get a first price of lottery!
I emphasize I am not flamming but this is what my thought:
I know that most of you are experts of ctrl-n, so how strange it is? If you don't want to get one, just fewer ctrl-ns. However, if you are a diehard completist, just prepare to repeat it 100,000,000 times by god's name, fair?
