Playing a new game under the latest beta with a racial enhancement to planet quality I noticed that the planets are not being upgraded in quality.
A planet's quality is based on how many build points are available on the planet however when I colonized a Q10 planet the value of the planet was increased in the status bar (or from space screen tooltip) however there were still only 10 build squares. Usualy the build squares match quality...
Anyone else see this in the latest beta?
