UBI DUMPS STARFORCE!

A happy day for lovers of the Heroes of Might and Magic franchise, as it will now be released Starforce Free. I have no idea what the final straw was that gave UBI the push it needed, but all the negative attention receiently must have been a factor.

For months they've been denying it, and telling the Boycott HOMMV group where they can put it? Now they get sued, and they drop it like a scalding hot piece of metal.

I would yell hypocrites, but I'm far too happy to do so

umm... im sorry for being a noob for asking.. but what is starforce? upon a basic search.. its a program that prevents cracks and piracy. so whats so bad about it?

I hear its gonna be replaced with tages. Dunno though they might go back to safedisk.
Been a while since I worked there but when i quit they just started using starforce, also seems like the CEO of the montreal office was let go on the same day as the annoucment regarding starforce was made so woudnt suprise me if he had something to do with that fiasco.
