I've successfully edited the RaceConfig & CustomPlanets XLMs to assign fixed (and reel) starting star systems for the players. It worked fine for the majors but for the minors they keep reverting to Scottlingas Star for the Scottlingas and so on - instead of Vega with a specific et of planets as I changed it. However in the same Raceconfig file I also changed the minor leaders' names and that reflects correctly in game. Is there any other file that need to be modified ?
