Hey guys,

I'm sort of an old-school RPer so I like to create my custom race, create elaborate descriptions for ships and pick bonuses based on what my civilization "would have" as well as their political and ethical agenda.

Now, my big thing.. Is it possible to go into late game using mainly just fighters (tiny and small hulls) or is the game set up that if you don't use heavy capital ships and frigates you get completely mauled? Just wondering if smaller ships are an option for invasions and wars. Thanks.
