How in the interface can I find what my attributes like ship quality bonuses are? I don't see them in the civ manager. For example, I had two events that gave me ship quality bonuses and I wanted to know what that turned in to.
As a secondary question, when you get those bonuses, does it apply just to the planet or the whole civ?
