Close buttons disappear

So installing Cursor XP and Bootskin as part of a Theme, when I try selecting a skin in WindowBlinds 5 the min/max/close buttons in the title bar disappear. Has anyone heard of this? How can I uninstall these components? They're not in Add/Remove programs.
