I *almost* built an Omega Defense System last night, then noticed the little explanation in the build window that said its benefit only applied to the planet it was built on. I vaguely remember the Omega Systems (of all sorts) in GC I applied their benefits to all of your worlds. Or am I confusing them with wonders? Is this a difference between the series, is my memory bad, or is there something wrong with the explanation in the GC II text?
