I remember playing GalCiv 1 and loving that on every new load, there would be this, "Here is how things stand" screen with tons of info. Yet, every time I load a saved game, I get the initial, "The galaxy has become a tense place. We'd better go colonize fast" yada yada, as if it's the first turn again. Is this normal or an issue?
