Search on forum brings up nothing on this topic, but 2 things with starbases:

1. There is no +7 missle attack module, to match devastation beam or atlas beam. Attack values are 65, 58, 65 for beam, missle, and mass, respectively.

2. There are two (2) Battle Stations Mark III's, one with +4 attack and one with +6.

Probably already spotted and reported, pardon if this is the case. EDIT: Gah, NM on the +7, nad to get final tech in missles to get this. Though i wonder if it needs to be lower on the tree to match the others ....
