Earlier when I was playing, I had a great stroke of luck. I was the caveman civ at the time, being dozens of techs behind everyone, but that one crazy resolution about sharing came up, and share 5 techs was voted in.

The result was that everyone pretty much had all the same techs, which is normal. However, the thing is, after I got all the messages saying "XX perfected", then I got a window that said "The UP passed a resolution requiring everyone to give techs away, but we are so far advanced we didn't benefit from it."

It appears to have given away the techs as intended, but then gave a cosmetically incorrect message saying that we were too advanced to benefit from the resolution.

Sorry I don't have a save for it, has anyone else encountered this bug?
