I'm not sure if this minor bug has already been reported, but anyways, the Declaration of War screen has a bug in it. Instead of showing the name of the civ you're going to declare war to, it shows "%s" (I guess it's a missing variable). See the screenshot below:

I'm playing the game with the latest patch applied (the one that was released on friday).
